職務内容
- 顧客とのビジネスを展開していく上で、社内の運用チームの総括管理、チームメンバーの管理、顧客との調整
- チームのデリバリ品質及び体制に責任を持ち、顧客をリードする
- 顧客とのコミュニケーションの架け橋となり、顧客への確実な対応を行うためコントロールする
- 顧客のアドバイザーとして良好な関係構築、維持をし、顧客の満足するゴールへと導く責任を負う

- チームおよび顧客が利用するためのドキュメントの作成、説明
- サーバーやストレージに関する基本的なインフラの製品知識
