【 Job Description】

In this position, you will join the development team as a senior engineer to lead AI products that are evolving day and night, and lead the team to solve challenging technical problems in core functions.
You will be responsible for leading the development team to create a product that customers continue to choose in the competitive AI domain.

【Responsibilities】
You will focus on improving scalable business and technical capabilities to become a world-class company.
You will lead the identification and resolution of issues related to the technology strategy in order to strategically grow and develop the engineering organization from a technical perspective.

[Specifically]
Design and development of SaaS applications utilizing AI models
Design of product architecture and optimization of system integration
Continuous improvement and maintenance of code quality and performance
Research and evaluation of new technologies and their integration into the technology stack
Lead technical teams and assist members in technical growth and team building

*You will be transferred to JAPAN AI Corporation after being hired by the company for this position (location and work place are the same for both companies).

The company is actively utilizing AI technology in its product development, providing AI-related functions in its own products, GENIEE SFA/CRM and GENIEE CHAT, such as automatic summarization of meeting minutes and automatic creation of emails using ChatGPT, to improve customers' operational efficiency and productivity.
Under these circumstances, the group established a new subsidiary, JAPAN AI Corporation, on April 11, 2023, to further promote consulting, product provision, and research and development related to AI technology.

【MUST】
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in a technical role
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, or other web technologies
- Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Python, Java, etc.)
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres/MySQL
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential

- Interest in AI/ML
- Possession of relevant certifications in AI/ML, project management, or leadership
- Experience in leadership or management
- Ability to move quickly in an environment that is sometimes ill-defined and may have competing priorities and deadlines
- In addition to Japanese, English skills are a big plus
