C&B Manager - Luxury goods

This role will support monthly payroll and benefit operations. It will also lead the delivery of daily HR operations as well as support on local and global C&B/HRIS projects.

• monthly payroll operation support
• lead and support C&B/HRIS projects locally, regionally and globally
• partner with vendors
• prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership
• strategize on ways to improve the C&B infrastructure
• manage administrative tasks related to C&B and HRIS
• collaborate with stakeholders to analyze compensation data
• lead the delivery of daily HR operations

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience relative to the key responsibilities shared above
• stable working experience in a multinational organization
• multitasking ability
• good communication skills with business level Japanese and English
• able to work autonomously and demonstrate a positive attitude

• computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
