• As a lead Java developer, you will work within a team to design and review codes, providing multiple approaches and technical solutions to customers.
• You will driving and leading projects, as well as coordinating with both offshore and on-site team members.

Description

• Design and code review.
• Drive and lead the project activities and team to deliver the project work.
• Providing multiple solution approaches and technical solutions to customer.
• Communicate/clarify the Specification requirements, project development issues/queries with business and coordinating with offshore and on-site project team members.

• N3 level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• Hands on experience developing IT products and services using Spring Boot microservices.
• Strong technical skill in Java/J2ee, Spring, Hibernate, Springboot, RESTFul Webservices.
• Familiarity with back-end engineering for web applications.
• Tech lead experience with design and code review.
• Experience communicating with customers.
