Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes including collections, cash application, and aging analysis
• Oversee accounts payable functions, including T&E settlements using Concur and accrual basis booking
• Analyse inventory reserves and manage freight-in and out costs
• Reconcile J-GAAP and US-GAAP for fixed asset management and conduct physical counts
• Perform cash reconciliation and manual GL input for cash settlements
• Facilitate month-end closing activities for balance sheet and profit and loss statements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in fundamental accounting
• Prior experience in Oracle is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Proficient in written and verbal English
