Job Description:
• Conduct meeting or discussion with local associates, companies to build network and gain information
• Arrange meeting schedule with customers or group holding employees
• Visit customer for making relationship
• Create and maintain relationship with local companies and associations
• Create and maintain relationship with other companies within Group holdings.
• Deliver the research finding to internal and external parties through publication and presentation
• Conduct research on industries
• Must keep update with Indonesia’s current situation (economic, industry trends, regulation and law, politics, etc)
• Provide solutions and ideas for customers’ investment / business expanding opportunity
• Collect data through survey, interview, desk research, FGD, etc
• Create meeting memo
• Listen any complaints from customers and able to give feedback in a quick manner
Requirements:
• Have good knowledge about economics, investment, industries and world issues
• Should possess minimum Bachelor degree in International Relations, Economics, Management, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Have experience for minimum 2 years in research field
• Logical and capable of structuring and hypothesizing findings, and able to provide solutions and validate with data-driven approaches
• Good analytical thinking both quantitative and qualitative research skill
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written is mandatory
• Having experience in research on logistic industry will be prioritized
