REQUIREMENT
Possess a bachelor’s degree or master’s in relevant field. • Minimum 15 years Project Management experience for on related Mission Critical (24x7) environment projects. • Malaysia or Asia-Pac Project Management Experience with a minimum aggregate project value of $500m (both Green and Brown field projects). • Experienced in full-lifecycle Project Management from design and feasibility through to close-out and DLP. Demonstrated career progression in Engineering and Construction. • Ability to plan, organize and manage an international team of multi-disciplined resources. • Project Management qualification or similar equivalent training in the Engineering and Construction industry. • APM, PMP or Prince 2 Practitioner added advantage. • Experience managing multiple projects both consultant/contractor and owners’ sides. •
JOB DESCRIPTION
Contribute as a key-member of the in-country senior management team to the development, communication and implementation of the Company’s operational objectives in line with the Company’s strategy. • Champion the projects to zero harm and compliance to corporate and project HSE requirements. • Communicate and report internally at the project and programme levels amongst in-country, Group and Executive stakeholders on project status (EHS, cost, programme & quality), keys issues, risks and opportunities, resourcing / personnel management, etc. • Provide strategic input, experience and expertise to organise, set-up and expedite the Malaysia build programme for success addressing key factors such as cost, schedule, quality and performance baseline. • Manage day-to-day the in-country Design+Construction resources to meet the project success factors, deliverables and deadlines and company objectives
