Advanced Continous Improvement Engineers (CIP)
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment with focus on continuous improvement, industrial engineering or trasformation
Experience working in an aviation MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) is an added advantage
Lean or 6-sigma Green Belt Certification
Train-the-trainer certification
Experienced and strong knowledgeable in LEAN methodology
Project Management certification with practical implementation
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
Ambassador and ownership of LEAN methodologies in the company
Lead and oversee all continuous improvement program
Drive continuous improvement and Poka Yoke initiatives with stakeholders for quality enhancement, yield improvement and turn-time reduction
Promotion and awareness of Lean and Continuous Improvement in the company
Support and manage production shop floor and office re-layout projects, working with cross-functional teams to transition from the current to future state layouts
Collect and update Standard Repair Time (SRT) data, work closely with Engineering to align changes with process improvements
Support stakeholders (Production & Engineering) in evaluating capacity requirements to facilitate the company’s growth and expansion
Develop Lean and Poka Yoke training materials for delivery to all employees
Trainer for Lead and Continuous Improvement modules
Collaborate with Procurement, Maintenance and Production to plan and execute any re-layout initiatives as required
