Job Description
OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our client, a construction company in Bali to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget
- Act as the main point of contact between client, projects owners, and internal team to address concern, resolve issues, and provide progress updates
- Manage and direct project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and consultants
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress, reports, and budgets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Having min. 7 years of working experience as Project Manager
- Experienced in Residential, Resort, or High-rise building projects
