Job Description:
- Prepare Quantity Take Offs (QTO) from shop drawings an compare with site measurements
- Preparation of QTO summaries of all measured works
- Maintain a schedule of submission and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
- Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates Valuations and Final Account
- Preparation of MEP Tender documents including pricing
- Tabulation of Price Comparison and Cost Summary
- Preparation of Sub Contractors payments and recording / monitoring of all site works
- Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs / registers applicable
- Make administration and calculations according to the needs of the Quantity Surveyor (QS) field
- Carrying out field checks, calculating work volumes, and evaluating and checking material prices in regard of mechanical and piping.
- Using AutoCAD software for calculation and documentation purposes
- Coordinate with the project team and third parties to ensure smooth QS administration.
- Perform cost and budget analysis, and provide related reports to project management.
- Manage QS project documentation accurately and neatly.
Requirements:
- Male/female, age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical or other relevant discipline
- Have minimum 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Basic knowledge on civil and building work, mechanical and electrical
- Master working drawings and volume calculations
- Good understanding of construction methods and types of materials
- Mastering knowledge regarding project cost calculations
- Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both the company and its subcontractors
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Having experience in Engineering or Construction site/Construction Business
- Having experience involved in WWTP projects is an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Teams) and AutoCAD
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Business level of English language (Writing, Communication) and fluent Bahasa Indonesia
- Fluent in Japanese is an advantage.
- Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
- Strong personality, positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight - deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and ethics required
- Willing to be placed in project site office
