JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of "Developer Support Tools".

You will be in charge of productization (especially Java Script) of development support tools sold in Germany and Europe, as well as technical research and planning for new product releases.Specifically such as,

- Define requirements and functional requirements for JavaScript libraries and Visual Studio-compatible .NET components that meet the needs of the German and European markets

- Examine new functions and functional improvements that will contribute to increasing the development efficiency of business systems for Germany and Europe

- Coordinate development schedules, functional requirements, and specifications with overseas product development teams, and confirm completed product functions.

- Create English and German language product content, such as English manuals and samples, and review and create content to make the product easier for German and European developers to understand and use.

- Respond to feedback and support requests from the customer service and sales departments.

- Plan and propose new products and services In cooperation with the product manager, plan and propose new products and services based on information on new technologies such as development tools, frameworks, and cloud computing, as well as information on the needs of information system development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

COMPETENCY (“Must”) *Must meet all of the following requirements

・2+ years of experience developing enterprise web application systems ・Experience in technical support of enterprise software or information systems, or creating user documentation such as manuals
