JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform technical service tasks to customers; for example installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, routine maintenance (preventive and corrective), calibration, update, extension, replacement, etc.

• Identify complex technical problems/errors and make analysis through remote or on-site activity to ensure the optimum efficiency of the system

• Train clients on the proper use, care, and maintenance of products and systems to ensure safe and effective operation

• Contribute the customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer orders and expectations. Nurturing solid connections with clients, promptly and professionally attending to their inquiries and requirements

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment history, and inventory management

• Create the documents relevant to the billing of service assignments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of Proven experience as a technical services or services engineer

• Strong background in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions

• Able to travel 70% of work within responsible territory (Southern Europe area: France, Italy, Spain, Greece, etc., Africa, and Middle East)

• Eligible to work in the EU 

• Native French-speaking and business-level English communication skills
