COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese trading company is looking for a Finance Manager (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Supervise company's daily single accounting as well as monthly/quarterly/yearly single accounts closing
-Manage all the tax related issues as corporate income tax including transfer pricing, VAT and withholding tax
-Approve the payments to the suppliers/vendors, which are prepared by other colleagues
-Consolidation of our group accounts in IFRS and German GAAP
-Lead the project of new accounting IT system development
-Involved in new projects such as CSRD and CBAM
-Improve the efficiency of accounting and finance department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Commercial apprenticeship or tax clerk or university degree of finance/accounting
Over 8 years of working experience in accounting, consolidation or tax area required
German and English Business fluent
