JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling inquiries: Responding to customer questions and resolving issues.

• Providing information: Offering product details and advising customers.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction: Handling complaints and gathering feedback.

• Communication and escalation: Collaborating with other departments and escalating complex cases.

• Data management: Updating customer data and creating reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Some sort of work experience (internship, work study is fine)

• Business level English skills and German
