- 医療請求書を受領し、請求および支払いのプロセスを進行する
- 請求処理に必要な質問な未解決の項目に対応する

- 請求内容が性格であるかの確認の確認を行う
- システムに請求情報の入力を行い、請求及び支払いのプロセスを進行する
- コンプライアンス規制の遵守を行い、個人情報の保護を徹底する
- 常時プロセスの改善につとめる

- 医療に関連する学位もしくはバックグラウンドがあれば尚よい
- 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能である(社内でのコミュニケーションレベル)
