【業務内容】
・営業案件に関する関連部署との連携及び制作進行管理
英語圏、繁体字圏、韓国語圏、インドネシア語圏のクライアントやライセンシーからくるライセンス商品化とPR配信の契約以降の作業を進捗管理し、期日までに必要な部署から承認を得る作業を行っていただきます。また、ライセンス商品化の監修作業やPR配信の台本作成、配信環境手配などもご担当いただきます。

- Liaison with related departments regarding sales cases and managing the production progress
You will manage the progress of work after the contract for licensed commercialization and PR distribution from clients and licensees in English-speaking, Traditional Chinese-speaking, Korean-speaking, and Indonesian-speaking countries, and obtain approval from the necessary departments by the deadline. You will also be responsible for supervising licensed commercialization, writing scripts for PR distribution, and arranging the distribution environment.

・営業事務や、進捗管理等の経験 半年以上
・ビジネスレベルの英語(読み書き)
・ビジネス上級~ネイティブレベルの日本語(口語と読み書き)
・パワーポイントやエクセルのビジネス使用経験(資料作成あり)
・資料や情報の取りまとめや整理
・Slackの使用経験
歓迎経験
・プロジェクト管理や制作進行の経験
期日までに周りを巻き込んで必要なものを揃える能力
・社内で英語を使った口語コミュニケーションの経験
・パワーポイント、エクセルデータを活用した日本語での資料作成の経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語が喋れれば尚可。
・PhotoshopやIllustratorの基本操作(作成済みファイルを閲覧)
・多国籍なチームでの就労経験や留学経験
Required:
・Business level English (reading and writing)

・Experience using PowerPoint and Excel for business purposes (including document creation)
・Collecting and organizing documents and information
・Experience using Slack

・Experience in colloquial communication in English within the company
