- データセンター顧客への技術的ソリューション提案と構築支援
- 新規・既存顧客向けの製品仕様策定とカスタマイズ対応
- 代理店向け技術トレーニングの実施
- 米国/上海チームとの技術情報共有と協業推進
- 社内リソースを活用した技術資料作成とナレッジ構築
