This job involves serving coffee, soft drinks, etc. at the cafe space (counter bar) set up in the private office in Roppongi
Work in a stylish brand new office just opened in July 2024.
[Duties]
Reception tasks: Greet the guests, confirm meeting room reservations in Outlook,
Escort the visitors to the meeting rooms, informing the guest arrival to office workers
- Serving coffee and soft drinks to office workers and visitors
- Serving beer and other alcoholic beverages after 5pm
* The bar is expected to be open from 5pm to around 8pm. Part-time employees will work in shifts
*overtime after 6 pm: robably once or twice a month when part-time staff is absent
- Setting up reception and clean up the meeting rooms when arrive at work
Cleaning up at the end of the shift (cleaning the beer tap and espresso machine, etc.),
Ordering bar drinks and coffees, etc.
* Espresso machine is easy to use for every one
If you don't know how to use it, our staff will teach you.
*Dishwasher and ice maker are installed.

Expected annual salary: around 3.6 million yen per annum

The cafe is basically run by one person, but you will cooperate with part-time staff and assistants from other to order supplies and handle visitors.
We have support staff available to work part-time to organize work shifts.

【主な業務】

※会議室の予約画面を見て会議室をご案内したり、内線電話で連絡する業務があります
- 夕方17時以降はビール等のアルコールの提供
※バーは17時から20時頃までを想定。アルバイト社員が交代で別途勤務
※18時以降は月1~2回発生する可能性あり。(バイトの急な休みなどの場合)
- 出勤時のセットアップ、終業時の後片付け(ビールタップおよびエスプレッソマシーンの清掃など)
※エスプレッソマシーンは素人でも操作可能なタイプを設置予定です。

オフィス内に、休憩場所およびランチ場所として席を設置しますので、そちらで休憩いただけます。
荷物は固定席がございますので、座席に席に置いておくことができます。
着替えなどは、フロア内にシャワー室の脱衣所がありますので、そちらで着替えが可能です。
【給与】
想定年収 360万円前後
月給 30万円前後
残業の場合、時間外手当あり
【勤務時間】
9時~18時(休憩12時~1時間、土日祝お休み)
カフェについては基本ワンオペですが、備品の発注や来客対応などは別の部署のアシスタントと協力体制で運用いただきます。
時短のアルバイトスタッフと共にシフトを組みながらお休みいただけます。
