Job Description

Job Overview:

A F&B sales and marketing are responsible to create impactful strategies that increase revenue, F&B Marketing in order to develop, implement and execute strategic F&B marketing plans. Ensure Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Commercial Performance: Strategically F&B plan and execute F&B marketing activities to enhance the commercial success of our entire hotel operations, based on agreed Key Metrics.

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Create and implement a F&B Marketing Plan, integrating digital marketing, PR, collateral, partnerships, and awards.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual F&B Marketing expense budget to ensure alignment with Key Metrics and overall business objectives.

  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel F&B marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility.

  • Performance Reporting: Oversee monthly F&B performance reports, analyzing Key Metrics and crafting F&B Action Plans to drive continuous improvement.

  • Partnerships: Proactively research strategic partnership opportunities to build collaborations that elevate brand value.

  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of F&B marketing trends to identify the most effective online and offline channels for achieving results.

Accountability

  • Achieves objectives by creating F&B marketing and sales strategies.
  • Prepares and completes the F&B marketing action plan.
  • Meets F&B financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing F&B annual budgets.
  • Accomplishes F&B marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
  • Identifies F&B marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
  • Improves F&B product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes F&B data and F&B trends.

Required Skills

Required Skills –

  • Good communication, writing and organizing skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and commitments, and complete tasks and projects as required

Qualifications –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience –

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Role in hospitality with a proven F&B Marketing executional experience, in a venue/hotel/food and beverage business of a comparable size and complexity
  • Manage and lead relationships for F&B with our Digital, Social, eCommerce and PR agencies
