<部署の概要 / Overall>
ヘッドクォーターとして、グローバルを対象に以下業務を遂行します。
(1) 新車発売に向けたマーケティング戦略策定
・新車種展開国の販売会社と連携のうえ、現地要望を織り込んだ広告宣伝戦略
(2) ブランド広告、商品広告素材制作(国内向けも含む)
・TVCM/YouTube用映像素材 プロダクト訴求素材 カタログ/WEBページ 静止画像等アセット
(3) デジタルメディア活用
・Facebook/Instagram/Youtube等当社SNSアカウント管理 企画投稿 出稿管理 パフォーマンス計測管理
・販売会社用WEBサイト運用 パフォーマンス計測管理
(4) イベント企画・実行
・グローバルモーターショー出展 新車発表時ワールドプレミアイベント設営
Being part of the global headquarters the following tasks will be carried out on a worldwide basis:
(1) Develop marketing strategies for new car launches
Advertising strategies that incorporate local needs in cooperation with sales companies in the countries where the new models will be introduced.
(2) Brand and product advertisements (including domestic market)
TV commercials/YouTube materials product appeal materials catalogs/web pages images and other assets.
(3) Digital Media Utilization
Facebook/Instagram/Youtube and other social media accounts management planning and posting performance measurement.
Web site operations for distributors performance measurement.
(4) Event planning and execution
Global Motor Shows World Premiere Events at New Car Launch.

<必須要件>
(1) 広告制作(国内向け/海外向け)
・ブランドや製品に関する広告制作業務経験 (静止画像、映像、カタログ等)
・コミュニケーション戦略立案経験
・サプライヤー、代理店、その他パートナー企業との調整力
*海外向けのプロジェクトでは英語でのコミュニケーションが必須です
(2)デジタルメディア
・海外のオウンド/ペイド/シェアードメディアを活用したデジタルマーケティング業務経験
(1) Advertisement (for domestic/overseas)
Experience in creating brand and product advertising materials. (e.g. images videos brochures)
Experience in communication strategy and planning.
Fluent communication with suppliers distributors and other partner companies.
*fluent communication in English is required for overseas project.
(2) Digital media
Experience in digital marketing operations utilizing owned/paid/earned media.

Experience in the automotive industry.
Experience in implementing measures from awareness to conversion by making full use of advertisements regardless of industry.
Experience in event planning and management.
Experience in Project progress management. (including external)
If you wish to work on an overseas project;
Overseas assignment or overseas business experience.
Communication with overseas sales companies and partner companies in English. (emails phone calls meetings)
TOEIC score of above 700.
