■ポジション名：　Indirect Procurement Professional
半導体部品製造前工程製造で使用する間接品目の調達をご担当いただきます。

■グローバルバイヤーの役割：
戦略ソーシングバイヤーはサプライヤーコミュニケーション、パフォーマンス管理、サイトの交渉において主要なカテゴリの接点となります。
この役割は社内関係者と協力して、継続的な調達を実現させるためのサプライヤーパフォーマンスを包括的に構築します。

■主とする業務内容 （Key Responsibilities：Indirect Procurement）

Category Management Strategic Sourcing
　* Recommend resource levels across procurement sourcing categories projects and functions
　* Implement processes to monitor partner satisfaction with key suppliers
　* Recommend targets to improve value such as high revenue spend reduction purchasing efficiency customer services and supplier management
　* Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories
　* Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal setting

Cost Management Analysis
　* Identify and evaluate category specific savings/revenue levers
　* Drive category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets
　* Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal partners
　* Use should cost models for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace

Negotiation
　* Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals renegotiation of prices transfers etc
　* Lead sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiation
　* Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations
　* Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and build negotiate monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditions

Business Partnering
　* Collaborate to Deliver Strategic Solutions
　* Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key partners
　* Drive customer centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement

■必須
*調達または半導体業界での 3 年以上の経験

■歓迎
*英語と日本語の両方で、書面および口頭によるコミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキルに堪能であること
