購買本部　OPENポジション 【ワークライフバランス◎のグローバル商用車メーカー】

ダイムラートラックの日本法人である三菱ふそうにて、購買本部で現在以下のポジションを募集しております。

（１）パワートレイン購買部　バイヤー
完成エンジン、エンジン構成部品、エンジン冷却部品を中心に購買している部門となります。

（２）原材料バイヤー
原材料・プレス部品・架装購買部ではトラック・バスの生産に必要な部品・部材の購買業務を行っています。
取引先の選定、価格の交渉、各種購買契約の締結が主な業務となります。中長期的なビジョンを基に持って購買活動を行うことで品質・供給・価格の全ての面で競争力を持ち合わせたパートナーを選定出来るよう努めています。取引先は国内のみでなく、海外の取引先も多数あります。

（３）Series Buyer Chassis Procurement
By collaborating with colleagues from other Daimler group companies you can develop more dynamic and strategic approaches for supplier sourcing and negotiations with suppliers. Also you can be involved with different kinds of project management which may require to have frequent communications with cross functional team within the company such as R D supplier management quality production cost engineering etc.
There will be opportunities to visit overseas suppliers and Daimler Truck affiliates as well as domestic suppliers. There will be lots of great opportunities expected in order to develop professional skill and knowledge of procurement and supply.
Responsible for project lead in selecting estimates for next generation suspension systems which is a strategic activity of the Purchasing department.
With a responsibility of approximately 6 hundred million yen per year the mission is to conduct global RFQs and build a competitive structure.
We aim to negotiate prices with potential suppliers conduct technical verification and reach agreements with relevant internal departments.
The expected start date for mass production will vary depending on supplier development and in house testing lead times but this is a large scale project aiming for 2025.

・製造業（自動車/自動車部品/材料商社/その他メーカー）での購買/営業/プロジェクトマネジメントなどの経験者
・ビジネスレベルの語学力（外国籍社員が多数在籍しており、日常的に使用）
