ガス製造設備（空気分離装置や水素製造装置など）建設プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトエンジニア業務に従事頂きます。
プロジェクトマネージャーと協業し、プロジェクト全体の進捗管理や品質、作業の生産性の向上、コスト削減・管理をお任せいたします。

Project Engineer （PE） is responsible for the performance of the engineering team within the project organization to keep the Quality and Schedule. The PE has three major key functions:
Organizing project team with Project Manager for the small to large scale project execution
Supervision and coordination of the engineering activities
Managing internal and external interfaces of the project.

1 Development and Competitiveness

Drive the project overall strategy cooperated with Project Manager
Ensure implementation of lessons learnt from previous projects
2 Quality
Covered by Annual Target.
Be responsible for high quality completion of project engineering
Be responsible for minimization of change orders from suppliers and subcontractors together with Project Manager
Create a transparent and open communication culture amongst the Project local Engineering Disciplines within due time
Be responsible for high quality document management with Project Document Controller
Be responsible for high quality of Change identification with MOC tool
3 Financial Contribution:
Covered by Annual Target.
High Productivity of engineering works
Managed Change identification with MOC tool to reduce additional engineering work
Hold management to freeze design change for manufacturing construction
4 Operative effectiveness:
Covered by Annual Target.
Secure proper project set up including
Usage all necessary engineering tools
Schedule preparation and freezing
