・ Respond and manage upcoming C B project.
・ Develop and update compensation and benefits policies procedures and guidelines.
・ Stay abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with local laws.
・ Manage the annual compensation review process including salary planning bonus calculations and incentive programs.
・ Manage and update compensation and benefits information.
・ Partner with vendor companies to ensure best practices and compliance.
・ Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
