■仕事内容
真空技術・加熱技術を用いた装置製造のプレイングマネージャー
＜具体的には＞
・製造業務全般（装置組立、配線、出荷、装置立上、メンテナンス）の遂行、管理
・従業員の指導、育成
・工場設備メンテナンス、安全衛生の管理。
※仕事の変更範囲：変更なし
■雇用形態
契約社員
※はじめの6ヶ月は有期雇用契約。期間終了後に正社員登用あり。
■給与
・日給月給 400,000～430,000
（内訳：基本給 306,000～330,000＋固定残業代（40時間）94,000～100,000円）
・年収 600万円～700万円
・入社６ヶ月以降、賞与有（業績・成果により変動）
・昇給有（不定期）
