弊社は真空装置の開発・設計・製造を行う真空装置メーカーのグローバルベンチャー企業です。
化合物半導体から結晶/薄膜系太陽電池、有機ＥＬ等のFlat Panel Display分野の最先端ニーズに応える研究開発装置・量産装置をご提供しております。
■仕事内容：
◎中国の顧客対応業務（製品開発～販売～輸出～立上～アフターサービスまでをフォロー）
- 中国語を使った顧客対応（メール、チャット、電話）および社内調整
- 契約関連業務
- 技術資料などの日中翻訳
- 客先（中国の工場）での調整業務、通訳業務（中国出張あり。
中国にある顧客の工場に納入した当社装置の立上作業、または修理メンテナンスなどをおこなうため、当社の技術者や製造メンバーが、短期から長期（2週間～3ヶ月）の中国出張に行くことがあります。
その出張者に同行していただき中国顧客との通訳や翻訳、調整業務、また現地での生活面でのサポートをお願いします。）
◎製品の輸出関連業務
- インボイス作成
- コレポン業務
■雇用形態：契約社員
※はじめの6ヶ月間は契約社員となります。期間終了後、正社員登用の可能性あり。
※正社員登用の実績 : 95%
■想定年収：500万円～700万円
- 日給月給 320,000～450,000円
（内訳：基本給 245,000～345,000円＋固定残業代（40時間）75,000～105,000円）
※固定残業代は残業の有無にかかわらず毎月必ず支給 - 正社員登用後、賞与有（年2回。業績・成果により変動）
- 昇給有（不定期）
■福利厚生：通勤手当、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険、退職金制度
＜待遇・福利厚生補足＞
- 通勤手当：会社規定により支給（上限10万円）
- 社会保険：補足事項なし
- 退職金制度：勤続3年以上（定年：60歳）
