Full stack engineer- No Japanese needed

Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the development of SaaS applications leveraging Generative AI, large-scale language models (LLMs), and complex API integrations.
• Web Application Development: Build and maintain web applications with TypeScript, React, and Next.js for front-end, and Python for back-end, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• API Design & Integration: Design, implement, and integrate APIs, and contribute to projects that generate new APIs.
• Collaboration: Work with machine learning engineers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance engineering productivity, code quality, and team happiness.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining user-facing web applications.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, with familiarity in other OOP languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with ReactJS, Next.js, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Familiarity with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Express, FastAPI, or Django.
• Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Understanding of relational databases and basic database concepts.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices (containerization, CI/CD).
• Experience with API design, architecture best practices, and performance optimizations.
• Understanding of security principles (e.g., IAM, data access, web app vulnerabilities).
• Interest or experience in the AI domain, especially working with Generative AI or LLMs.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is a plus.
