職務内容
- ITインフラ全般の運用
- サポートベンダーと連携し、関連するIT計画作成、プロジェクト及びベンダー管理
- AzureやAWSなどを含むクラウド管理
- 業務指示やエスカレート対応を含むユーザーサポート
- 本社のITチームとの設定作業や情報共有

- PCやサーバーのネットワーク管理
- WindowsサーバーやMicrosoft Active Directory、 VMware vCenter、vSphere、vSAN仮想環境などの運用・管理
- セキュリティに関する一貫した情報収集や管理ソフトの運用
- AWS Route 53またはドメインレジスターのDNSを活用したインターネットドメイン及びDNS管理
- 中長期的なIT計画やID管理、プロジェクト管理などの管理業務の経験
言語力
- ビジネスレベルの英語
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
