Quantity Surveyor

Proven Success in Malaysia: The company has successfully completed more than 50 projects in Malaysia, including residential, commercial, warehouse, factory, industrial, and major infrastructure developments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in conjunction with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee that information, expenses, profitability, and value satisfy each project's specifications.
Visit the location to gather information and develop a project for upcoming work.
Quantity taking, BQ drafting, and cost analysis and preparation for future job tenders.
Discuss claims and costs in between contracts and bids.
Estimate or price the cost of the various materials that will be required for the project.
Monitor modifications to the construction or design process and make the necessary adjustments to the budget forecasts.
Attend clarifications/tender interviews.
Choose and/or procure building supplies.
Assess the work that is done on the job site.
Meet the deadlines set by the client by preparing and processing quotations, bids, and proposals.
Whatever additional pertinent supporting tasks that the management may occasionally designate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A building technology or quantity surveying degree, diploma, or certificate.
3 years minimum of experience in a similar sector (building, restoration, interior design).
Recognize the terms and procedures used in contracts.
Competent in law and well-versed in project costing as well as pre- and post-contract administration.
Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants.
Possess a vehicle of your own.
