■日本からの問い合わせ対応、回答、支援
■社内規定やシステムの説明、作業手順書の設計・見直し
■フィードバックやアンケートの収集、分析、改善、研修実施 など
【勤務時間】
平日 09:00 - 18:00
【選考フロー】
2回（オンライン）
【必須条件】
■大卒以上の方で人事、管理業務に関する経験が3年程度あること
■マレー語、英語、日本語で業務が遂行できること
■日常会話レベル以上の日本語力（Speaking and Writing）
■チケット管理システムの使用経験、リモート業務経験があると尚良し
■Microsoft Officeスキル
