Company and Job Overview
A multinational construction related industry with building projects across Asia Pacific looking for Finance Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible in managing the financial and statutory accounting for Malaysia entity.
Preparing WIP and providng recommendation on project profitability and cost optimization.
Preparing annual budgets, track budget performance and analysing variances.
Developing cash flow forecast and monitoring actual cash flow position.Implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Liaising with internal and external auditors, tax agents, bankers and etc.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
Those with audit experience in construction industry will also be considered.
Meticulous and able to work independently.
Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
