Our client is Germany MNC company for Semi-Conductor Manufacturing.

Location: Kulai

Job Description:

• Ensure Key KPI such as OTD, Productivity, Quality and Inventory control are intact.
• Ensure SAP production planning task and optimize inventory holding.
• Ensure to fully maximize and utilize production capacity (Machines & labor).
• Manage people teamwork and performance to achieve high Productivity.
• Ensure implementation of necessary quality and safety measures in production to comply with TS 16949, ISO9000, OHSAS & ISO 140001 requirements.
• Ensure activities and decisions are compliance with local and international standards such as Employment Act, EICC and etc.
• Lead New Product Introduction/Technology Transfer.
• Set up and be responsible Work Instructions, SOPs, BOM’s, routings and other Production documentation and records.
• Perform and maintain Process Validation that includes Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification.
• Support in Key projects implementation with regards to Business unit initiatives.
• Forecast/schedule effectively Production Orders for the shopfloor for smooth flow of operations.
• Ensure Production Orders are completed within stipulated Leadtime, so that daily/monthly output targets are achieved.
• Ensure target manufacturing yield is achieved with good product quality.
• Manage ordering/ re-ordering of all Production-related direct/indirect materials.
• Plan and control production expenses and capital investments .
• Comply to the applicable laws, regulations and customer requirements related to the operations and products and the requirement of the Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent
• Experience in leading and managing a team of 50 manufacturing specialists.
• Familiar with Lean, P/FMEA, SPC/DOE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000 & TS 16949
• Experience in mechanical machining and/or sensor processes is a plus.
• Experience in Automotive and medical devices is a plus.
