Job Description
- Planning and undertaking scheduled machine/equipment maintenance, machine accuracy check, calibration, and accuracy test cut.
- Responding to machine breakdown, diagnosing faults and repairing.
- Daily inspection to check and ensure all equipment and tools are kept clean and safe to use.
- Trouble shoot and problem solving according to the technical information and based on good workmanship.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshooting electrical problem, mechanical problem, hydraulic problem and air pneumatic problem
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Knowledge in CNC machine system controller exp : Okuma OSP, Mazatrol, Siemens & Fanuc
- Knowledge of CNC programming, PLC systems and relevant software applications, including excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in electric system AC, DC, STAR/DELTA and conversion.
- Knowledge in machine accuracy control, check, calibration and test.
- 5 years related working experience in CNC machining workshop.
