Job Description
- To work on new process development & new material sets qualification
- To coordinate internal, customer & supplier on process solution & qualification
- To develop/establish new processes for assembly
- To qualify new material sets to improve process/material robustness for new package
- To improve existing machines to achieve better manufacturability and robustness for new and existing packages
- To coordinate cross-functional team to solve process interaction failures on the new and existing package
- To coordinate internal/customer new process/material set qualification lots
- To source and coordinate with external vendors to develop suitable designs for process and material improvements
- Bachelor in Engineering / Science
- Minimum 2 years experiences in semiconductor industry
- Experience in Liquid dispensing process e.g. glue, silicone gel, epoxy, solder paste or, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), FOL assembly processes
- Knowledge in semiconductor process
- Analytical skill
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis ( FMEA )
