COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the listed companies in diversified industry is looking for Finance & Accounting personnel to oversees the high-level, day-to-day operations of a company and guides its overall strategy to improve business functions. Analysis and evaluate finance performance for financial strategic planning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Review management accounts for audit and tax estimation.
Ensure all accounts are complete for audit, tax and SSM filing on time.
Ensure all regulation and compliance on financial statement are met.
Check and review the Annual Budget of the active companies.
Provide financial and operational information from time to time as requested by the Bankers.
Maintain good rapport with bankers all the time and liaise with bankers and
solicitor on the bank borrowings.
Prepare group cashflow projection and highlight to the Management on the
commitment on borrowings and requirement from time to time.
Ensure all compliance report, schedules, documents and additional information required by Financier and Sukuk Trustees are provided from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess professional accounting certificates eg ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
Exposure in listed companies.
Minimum 10 - 15 years’ experience in managerial position.
Knowledge of relevant authority guidelines (i.e. Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia & etc.) and legal framework with regard to fundraising.
