Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To participate in all phases of executing sell-side, buy-side, and other structural transactions, with a focus on cross-border
Focusing on Southeast Asian clients
To support the preparation of financial forecasts for acquisitions, restructurings, and financial reporting
To conduct field research, site visits and interviews with industry stakeholders and ensure the accuracy of assumptions used in financial projections.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking & Finance, Economics or professional qualification in finance/accounting/CFA/FRM
2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in M&A, transaction services or corporate finance field
Working experience in MNCs and listed companies is added advantage
