This role involves developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with our organizational goals while maintaining recruitment metrics.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/ Degree in the relevant field
Proven experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferably Sarawakian
