We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive for Training & Development based in Bintulu, Sarawak, who will be responsible for designing and implementing training initiatives, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness. This role will collaborate closely with department heads to ensure training aligns with our organizational goals while providing essential HR support to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/ Degree in the relevant field
Proven experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferably Sarawakian
