JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the advancement of building projects, uphold performance requirements, and boost productivity while optimizing finances.

• Assume main accountability for the constructability of the major fit-out and new data center build, collaborating closely with the APAC design team from the start to the RFS.

• Capable of discussing high-level MEP solutions with outside consultants, product team, facilities operation team, and internal and external project teams and customers.

• Work as a team to analyze the needs and specifications of OTT and Hyperscale customers to assist the product/pre-sales team in answering questions about various data center MEP facility solutions and securing the sale agreement.

• Recognize the conceptual architecture and development of NTT GDC green field data centers and help ensure that projects are completed successfully.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing data center-related infrastructure projects is required. 

• The candidate must hold at least a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. 

• A fun, collaborative, inspiring, and creative personality is preferred. 

• Professional certifications related to data centers (e.g., Uptime, TIA) will be advantageous.
