The Senior Supply Chain manager is responsible to lead the Site Material Groups (purchasing, planning, inventory control, warehousing & shipping) with effective strategies and best practices
Job Responsibilities
Creates material planning models to ensure effective material planning and optimal inventory levels. Uses these models to determine material planning parameters for components.
Collaborates with customer service to meet delivery commitments and coordinates with subordinates, peer managers, and senior management.
Works with the purchasing department to expedite problematic parts and reschedule material deliveries to avoid excess inventory.
Acts as a key liaison between Corporate Business Units and various Site PMC Managers.
Job Requirements
Degree/ Master in Business Administration or a related discipline with minimum 10 years’ material experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Fluent in English, with great communication skills and stakeholder management to deal with stakeholders internationally.
Experience working with Hong Kong and China counterpart
Knowledge of PC-based/ mainframe ERP and production control systems.
SAP experience is preferable
Experience in the EMS industry is a must
