Job Description
Our client is an established MNC from Europe in coating and adhesive manufacturing with factory in Johor Bahru Pasir Gudang.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence in the adhesives and coatings sector, focusing on construction and building chemicals for projects and retail, as well as industrial adhesives for the mattress, footwear, woodwork, and construction industries.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
Experience in the adhesives and coatings industry is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel as needed.
