Large Japanese trading company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all sales activities, mainly in the Hanoi office, reporting directly to Japanese management.
- Oversee reports and updates from the Ho Chi Minh office.
- Handle sales of cutting tools and industrial machinery, engaging with current customers and acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers and explore alternative suppliers as needed.
- Provide technical consulting to customers and manage sales documentation (with admin support if necessary).
- Monitor order progress, resolve issues, and follow up on payments and debt collection
- 2 years of managerial experience, with extensive experience in Japanese companies
- Have sales experience in industrial products, especially machinery and tools
- Preferred knowledge of mechanical engineering, particularly CNC machines and cutting tools
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and skills (specific details discussed during the interview)
- Company laptop, transportation, and phone allowances.
- Business travel and childcare allowances (for children under 6).
- Salary reviews, bonuses, annual health checkups, and company trips based on company policy.
