An award winning, public listed company in the manufacturing industry is keen to acquire talent as a Senior Finance Manager based in Rawang, Selangor. In this role, you will oversee the overall finance operations, management, and reporting across 4 businesses.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the accurate upkeep of financial records, accounting systems, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, laws, and timely submission of financial reports according to local guidelines, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee all financial aspects including timely preparation of financial and managerial reports, tax calculations, and result analysis.
• Conduct financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making and lead the annual budget finalization process.
• Establish efficient internal control measures, including cash flow and treasury management.
• Lead and manage the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external parties like auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
• Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of Finance experience in manufacturing environments. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Computer literate with experience on ERP system and knowledge of MS Office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, result oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
