Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage/Evaluate Production Means Classification List(V/I/S-Equipment Criticality Classifiation)
Assess the Equipment Vulnerability and define the action plan
Analyze data and propose preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and operation.
Define and analyze the critical/important spare parts and its optimum stock level
Analyze risk related to production equipment (FMEA) and propose the adequate mitigation action plan
Propose and implement the maintenance investment and projects
Review/Write the work instructions and procedures related to equipment maintenance plan and not limited to maintenance operational procedure
Propose and identify required training for sustaining the maintenance operation.
Maintain and update operating/training manual or related document.
Generating routine reporting.
Lead and perform Problem Solving analysis to eliminate the root causes
Audit prepration and support
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes and HSE standards.
Adhere and actively participate in occupational safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, etc.
Perform other related duties as required.
Physical/Environmental Scope of Position:
Able to work hot and noisy environment.
Handling of contractors and local authorities if required.
Well manage stress.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or technically related engineering field.
Minimum 3 years work experience as Equipment Engineer.
Preferable working in Heavy Industry.
Able to interprate Plant P&ID, PFD or Electrical/Electronic circuitry
Ability to use ERP and Desktop application
Knowledge and able to analyze Maintenance KPI(MTBF,MTTR, OEE…etc)
Project management/Troubleshooting ability and application of problem solving tools
Know-how about the Machine’s Command and Control system such as PLC, Variable Speed Control systems and others signal related control system
Ability to define/identify equipment criticality, perform failure analysis and application of quality management Tools such as FMEA, RCA, DMAIC, 8D..etc
Experience of dealing with external audit and local authorities.
Experience and able to utilise CAD, SAP and MS Office.
