Job specification:
The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site in MHE / Industrial Equipment / Automotive / Construction & Mining Equipment.
Must be able to resolve Technical issues in Mechanical, Electrics and Hydraulics troubleshooting at Customer site in the defined target time.
Must be able to Generate & manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base.
Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer.
Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base.
