Job Description
Location: Gurgaon
Requirements:
Education: Robotic knowledge with engineering Degree.
Experience: Proven experience (8~10 years) in Application Engineering Department, with a strong understanding of Robotic Applications.
Responsibilities: -
Supervising the engineering department, managing staff, and reporting to management.
Creating robot system layout and considering cycle time.
Selection of robots and robot options to build the automation equipment desired by the customer.
Technical Support for service members
Technical support and education for customers and integrators
Arrangement instructions for robot optional parts and delivery date confirmations
Working closely together with Pre-Sales Team and other department in order to achieve annual sales target, receive new orders and support new company profitability.
To being as a manager to manage engineering team to train and support team members.
To collect latest demand, expectations and other feedback from system integrator and customer, then sharing such feedback to management to support business strategies.
To support company by obtaining new ideas of Engineering department, new application tools, new business ideas.
