Position – Service Engineer - Gujrat
Primary Responsibilities: -
Complaint registration after getting complaint from customer.
Visit customer site to attend the complaint call.
After giving the service visits- problem solution, suggestion of spares, obtain part numbers from portal, quotation arrangement, quotation submission to customer, follow up for PO, PO execute, coordination for parts dispatch, parts fitment & follow up for AR.
Commissioning of new equipment’s & provide trainings to customer.
For service of spare parts need to coordinate with regional & HO.
