Job description:-1.  Manpower management skill
2.  Responsible for daily prodution monitoring and take action on less productivity reasons.
3. Maintain 3S+3T on shop floor
4. Promptly act if someone violates rules and if necessary, issue “warning letter.”
5. Daily rejection monitoring and take action on problem that occur during the process (Take corrective and preventive countermeasure).
6. Responsible to resolve line issues
7. Responsible to achieve productivity targets
8. He should have knowledge of why-why analysis and take countermeasure on problems.
9.  Should have knowledge of cnc machine programing 
10. Should have knowledge of MS office, Good presentation skill.
11. He must familier with IATF 16490:2016 and its requirement.
12. He must have good communication skill.
13. He should be able to work in shifts.
14. He should have good knowledge 5M changes.
