Job Description
Our client is a prominent global IT service provider that excels in custom software design, IT consultancy, and infrastructure management. They deliver high-performance, large-scale systems like API Gateways and message queues, ensuring smooth global operations and enhanced system reliability. Their comprehensive IT solutions help businesses eliminate challenges, optimize resources, and boost productivity.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or project management within the ICT sector.
Strong technical troubleshooting abilities for well-known hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, servers, PCs, mobile devices, Office applications, and PDF tools.
Proven experience in incident management and familiarity with system administration tasks, along with proficiency in operating systems.
Intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking technologies, is beneficial: ITILv4, AWS, Azure, Cisco, HP, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SolarWinds.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related.
Experience:
Should be skilled at multitasking, with the ability to make swift decisions and take prompt action.
Experience supporting technologies that enable daily infrastructure operations is required.
Must be able to work collaboratively with project and operations teams, bringing a positive attitude, technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work both in a fast-paced environment and independently.
Ability to effectively manage and collaborate with outsourcing vendors.
Working Location: Singapore, Central
