Educational Qualifications / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience : 10 to 15 Years experience in Gear & Axle parts machining

Knowledge:

Advanced knowledge of Machining, function and structure of the equipment, NC- program, cutting conditions, coolant knowledge, metals, process design, basis IE, knowledge of cutting tools, etc.

PURPOSE:

To handle manufacturing engineering machining operations at Chennai plant

Prepare new model with optimum facility available study, the production process line and work cost effectively

Knowing the production issues, reduce cycle time there by improving the cutting tool life for cost reduction.

Skill :

Able to make CNC program in tapping centre & turning centre, hobbing, shaving, broaching for new parts.

Able to make process standard, tooling layout, facility list, JDF wear parts drawings in CAD.

Able to do cutting tool selection for gear & axle parts machining.

Able to make project report & hand over documents for new projects.

Able to teach & develop team member's skill.
